Bland allows you to create artificial intelligence call agents.
Agents can make calls for you, handle customer queries, and even take actions, like booking an appointment, during a call.

How to Use Bland - Interacting With Bland
There are two ways to use Bland: one is via the web user portal and the other directly through HTTP request via the Bland API. You will dive deeper into the API in future lessons. For now, let’s try out the web portal.
Web interface
First, sign up on the developer portal.
After verifying your phone number your developer portal dashboard should look like this:
You can hover over the side panel containing the icons to see what each one means. Once you do, it should look like this:
From there you can navigate to each of the sections in the web interface. For example, to send a call to your own number, you can go to the “Send Call” section. You’ll learn more about what each of these mean in the next lesson.
